Lengrise Terms of Service

These Lengrise Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between the user ("User", "You", "Your") and Lengrise ("Service", "Lengrise", "We", "Our") regarding the use of the Lengrise platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Lengrise is a localization management platform designed to assist users in managing translation tasks, organizing multilingual projects, validating translations, and tracking translation histories. The Service allows users to create projects, manage translation files, and integrate AI-based translation tools for localization purposes.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation: To use the Service, you must create a user account. When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4.2 Price Changes: Lengrise reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Payment Methods: Payments for subscription plans can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods. Payments will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

4.4 Refund Policy: Lengrise may offer refunds under certain conditions. However, refund requests may be denied after a certain period. Refunds will be processed according to applicable laws.

5. Translation Management and Rights

5.1 User Content: All content uploaded by users (translations, files, text, etc.) remains the property of the user. However, Lengrise is granted a license to use this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Intellectual Property: The Lengrise platform and all its content, including but not limited to software, tools, and technologies, are the intellectual property of Lengrise and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.3 Content Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload is accurate, legal, and does not violate any third-party rights. Lengrise is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or legality of user-uploaded content.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection: Lengrise collects and processes user data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use this data to provide and improve the Service.

6.2 Data Security: Lengrise implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of user data. However, no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
